Refund policy

Returns
Due to hygiene concerns, all products purchased from Andie's Dandies LLC are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is demonstrably defective or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

Please note that scents may be perceived differently per person, and no refunds will be offered due to a dislike of scent, texture, or design. Our scent descriptions are based upon the manufacturers fragrance and essential oils descriptions. As with all truly handmade products, design will vary slightly.

Contact our customer service team at info@andiesdandies.com within 7 days of your delivery date, to report any issues. We'll initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and if needed, provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be destroyed upon receipt. 

 

Refunds
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If your item was damaged upon receipt, please reach out to customer service at info@andiesdandies.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and photos of your defective item so we may begin a claim for a replacement. If the damaged item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your replacement/refund has been processed.

If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
