Shipping policy

Currently shipping to the continental United States only. 

How long before my order ships? Orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. This timeframe is included in the estimated delivery / shipping dates provided to you at checkout. 

I entered my address wrong! Can I change it? I'm really sorry to say, but, maybe. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're always more than happy to help. Send us an email immediately at info@andiesdandies.com with your change request. But, in the unfortunate case we've already shipped your package, we will be unable to intervene on your behalf, and you must attempt to intervene your package via the postal carrier, which is not always possible. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. 🤍

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date? If you need to receive your order before a certain date, we recommend you reach out to us before ordering at info@andiesdandies.com with your request, so that we may try to accommodate you. Please note that deliveries are never guaranteed beyond the carrier's shipping policies as we are not affiliated with shipping companies, and once orders are shipped, we are no longer the owner of the package. 

Can I expedite my order if I got free shipping? Free standard shipping is included for all orders over $50, and this may be provided via one of our many trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or any delivery partners contracted by them in your area. If you'd like to pay additional fees to expedite the shipping on your order, please email us at info@andiesdandies.com with your request and details so that we may provide your options.
